Terms of use
The following are the terms of participation in the The Children’s Drawing Contest 2024 themed «CHILDREN DRAW CHRISTMAS» of ANT1 International Channels and is held in the USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe, and is hosted on the official website of the contest, www.antennaxmas.com.
The contest is exclusively for children aged 3 to 14 years living abroad, excluding residents of Greece and Cyprus.
2. Participants are required to provide their name, school, age, telephone number as well as their home address and email.
3. ANT1 International Channels reserve the right to reject any message that may be considered immoral, offensive, or generally inadmissible for the purposes of this contest.
4. ANT1 International Channels reserve the right to broadcast the contest and its winners in print, on television, and through electronic media, as well as for promotional and advertising purposes related to each relevant event.
5. If the painting submitted by a participant is deemed offensive, immoral, or inappropriate, their participation will be automatically canceled.
6. The duration of the competition is specified on the competition's website. Entries submitted before the start or after the end of the competition will not be accepted for prize consideration.
7. The winners will be contacted by ANT1 International Channels via email or phone. If there is no response within 72 hours, ANT1 International Channels reserve the right to proceed with the next runner-up.

9. ANT1 International Channels are in no way responsible for any direct or indirect damages or expenses that may arise from delays or any other issues related to this contest. ANT1 International Channels bear no criminal or civil responsibility towards any winner or third party for any accident, damage, or physical, material, or other harm that may occur while using the prizes or otherwise.
10. Participation in the contest implies unconditional acceptance of its terms and conditions.
11. ANT1 International Channels reserve the right to cancel the promotional activity or modify its terms and schedule at any time, without prior notice."
12. The prizes are categorized as follows:
- 9 great winners aged 6 -14
- 3 great winners aged 3-5
- The remaining 12 Winners are aged 3-14
Children over 14 may participate in the competition without being eligible to claim prizes; however, their artwork will be included across all media, including television and digital platforms, and may be used in promotional materials for any related events.
13. The children participate in the Contest with the consent of their parents.
14. Students appearing in the video must have submitted a Parental/Guardian Consent as part of their participation. If a video includes a student or participant who has not submitted a Parentαl/Guardian Consent, the video will be rejected.
15. By submitting their drawings and videos, each child accepts and agrees that the video may be used in all promotional activities of ANT1 International Channels related to the competition.
16. Supervising teachers or trainers are permitted to lead more than one group, from the same or different schools, with different student members in each group.
